1. Vapor supply

(1) Use 90Psi (6.2bar) clean, dry gas to provide special tools. Too high standard air pressure will quickly reduce the service life of special tools.

(2) Connect the special tools with components, hose plastic hose with appropriate specifications indicated in the special tool data chart.

(3) If the gas working pressure regulator is used, the gas working pressure is set at the output working pressure of 0.62mpa.

2. Process

(1) Connect the pneumatic tools to the gas production line.

(2) Set the gas working pressure.

(3) Gas grease equipment must be set up on the gas production line. If the gas grease equipment of sheet metal cutting technology is up to standard , the following routine maintenance should be carried out for special tools:

A. After 3 to 4 hours of continuous operation, separate the special tool the pneumatic valve, drip 7-8 drops of high-purity light automobile oil (high viscosity) the air inlet of the special tool for optical fiber sheet metal cutting, then connect the bronchi with each other, open the pneumatic valve, blow the oil into the cylinder. There are standard customers the working intensity is overload, so it is suggested to refit the small medium-sized fuel pump at the air inlet interface.

B. Generally, the air compressor oil-gas separator must be carried out on time drainage pipe, sheet metal cutting equipment to remove residue maintenance within 30-40 days, so as to ensure that the gas entering the special tools is clean dry.

Pneumatic tool is the use of air compressor to show the kinetic energy of air compression as the driving force the working equipment.

According to its basic working mode, it can be divided into: 1) rotary table type (axial force moving leaf type); 2) reciprocating (capacity piston machine)

（1） Turntable type: let the air flow rate when the working pressure is reduced act on the leaves, then push the motor rotor to run at high speed. For example: polishing pneumatic tools: engraving grinding pneumatic tools; pneumatic drill; pneumatic wrench; pneumatic wrench: tilting Hulu, etc.

（2） Reciprocating: air compression into the cylinder, according to the control of the air inlet non air port, so that the piston rod repeatedly movement work. For example: air saw; air file; pneumatic nail gun; pneumatic pick; pneumatic rammer.
