The gas motor should be lubricated every day, but the frequency should be too much.

(1) Special tools for high pressure pulling.

(2) Press down the bolt add 3 ~ 5C. C special oil for pneumatic tools the intake port. Connect the special tool to the high pressure air energy heat pump, cover the exhaust hole with rags cotton towel. Start the special tool, forward reverse for 20 ~ 30 seconds respectively. Moistening of part of impact frame (salt free butter)

The impact frame should be lubricated maintained once a week.

(1) Pull the special tool off the gas pipe.

(2) Remove the screws on the front cover ( loosen the front cover immediately) clean the residual salt free butter inside the front cover under the impact frame group.

(3) Apply proper salt free butter under the impact frame group lock the front cover.

(4) Connect the air pressure pipe, gently start the bolt with high speed for 20 ~ 30 seconds, let the salt free butter moisten all impact generator sets.

(1) Do remove the parts that need to be repaired replaced.
